Palm Construction & Development is a family-owned general contracting business serving Naples and Southwest Florida. We work with homeowners, business owners, and property managers who want a construction partner they can speak openly with, ask questions of, and trust with an important investment.
A project may begin with plans or a list of improvements, but behind it is a personal goal: a home that fits your next chapter, a better place to do business, or a property ready for its future. Understanding that goal is where our relationship begins.

Our work includes residential and commercial remodeling, home additions, ground-up construction, and GC consulting. This website focuses on those services, while our broader company also provides roofing services.
